Smoking is certainly becoming less and less of an issue in the western world, but there is no doubt that there still are smokers out there. It is proven to be unhealthy, but it is a personal choice, at least for adult smokers. But what about second hand smokers? There are alot of them as well, maybe even you are one? Don't you think everyone effected by someone's actions should have a saying in the matter? I sure do.
